Full Job Description
We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Aberdeen Showroom! As a General Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too. We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k! Main responsibilities:
- Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience
- Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom's success
- Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
- Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets
