Full Job Description
Job Title: Temporary Property Administrator
Start date: 6th May
Duration: 4 weeks
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Hourly rate: 13.50
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
The Property Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must have previous property administration experience.
This role involves:
- Handling tenant inquiries
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Managing lease agreements
- Maintaining accurate records
- General administrative support
