Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a leading manufacturing business based in Ayrshire, the role is for an Internal Sales account specialist, Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

The Internal Salesperson will be part of a team who will contribute to the company’s continued growth and investment within the UK Market. 

• Account management/repeat and new business selling over the phone to an established customer base. 

• Working closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets. 

• Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential. 

• Record all relevant market information into CRM. 

• Co-ordinate sales requirements with the production department. 

• Resolving customer queries and issues. 

• General day to day office administration
