Full Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic sales professional looking to start or develop your career in new home sales?
This developer is a well established brand within Scotland looking to add a Supporting Sales Advisor to their dynamic sales team in the Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and gain experience with a multi award winning 5 Star housebuilder.
Duties of the Supporting Sales Advisor role will include:
- Providing support to Sales Advisors across multiple developments in locations across Central Scotland.
- Assisting with new development launches and events and providing double or holiday cover as required.
- Providing administrative support.
- Hosting show home visits and ensuring excellent presentation of developments.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Recording daily activity in Salesforce CRM to record activity and assist in sales progression.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
- Completing ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Positive and self-motivated.
- Resilient and organised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Confident in use of Microsoft packages.
- No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
