Full Job Description
We're recruiting Business Development Executives to join our team. If you enjoy operating in a target driven environment and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference to people's lives this could be the role for you. You'll help us identify existing opportunities and take responsibility for generating new business leads and engaging with quality new employers who are committed to developing and training individuals through recruitment or upskilling using a variety of engagement techniques. You'll undertake prospecting activity to create and convert new business and expand upon our existing client base through thorough account management activities. You'll confidently promote your knowledge about your aligned sector specialism and in turn influence potential service users through robust and meaningful Careers Employment Information Advice and Guidance to nurture new and enhanced working partnerships by providing wrap-around support to employers and individuals which have long-term potential for revenue generation. We'd love our successful candidate to have experience in engagement and account management, however we don't expect someone to tick every box and are primarily looking for the right attitude and aptitude in a candidate and are open to various different backgrounds and experiences., Exceed KPIs and new targets whilst ensuring all eligibility is met via a combination of new business and account management strategies - Identify new client opportunities within Seetec's core market sectors - Identify upskill and progressions opportunities with current and dormant Seetec clients - Develop an engagement plan to create new leads and opportunities - Provide information, advice and guidance ensuring clients are fully supported and informed throughout every step of the journey, from design to delivery enabling clients to make informed decisions - Work consultatively with prospective clients, creating world-class delivery models to suit their needs sharing ideas and giving valuable and practical advice - Build strong and sustainable relationships with client contacts at all levels, delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time, Seetec is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share and uphold this commitment in conjunction with the requirements of the Prevent Duty and the positive promotion of modern British values.
