Full Job Description
Location: Central Scotland
Package: 40,000-50,000 DOE, Bonus + Company Car
Pertemps are recruiting a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our South Lanarkshire based client. The ideal candidate will have experience in a print/packaging environment and have an understanding of networking/selling into high end premium brands.
The Role:
- Lead business development efforts to expandyourdivision.
- Collaborate with top brands to design bespoke solutions
- Focus on building our presence and market share
- Strategically develop new business opportunities
- Leverage our expertise to create unique solutions that align with clients branding goals.
About You:
- A proven background in Sales/Business Development
- Experience in luxury goods/packaging
- Passionate about premium, international brands
- Strong drive to build connections and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- A proactive and strategic thinker, able to plan, prioritise, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Skilled communicator
- Strong ability to present ideas clearly
- Good relationship builder
