Our client is searching for a passionate and driven Business Branch Manager to lead their Glasgow location, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and driving growth.

About the Role:
As the Business Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for steering both internal and external sales while ensuring that our clients receive top-notch products and services. Your leadership will directly contribute to the profitability and productivity of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a significant P&L and drive profit improvement initiatives.
Lead, recruit, train, and develop branch teams, fostering a culture of performance excellence.
Develop and implement new business strategies to meet demanding customer requirements.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service excellence.
Ensure operational processes are efficient and effective, with a keen eye on detail.
Collaborate across functions to enhance overall branch performance.
