Full Job Description
Clarkson Owens Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading, family-owned construction company with a strong reputation and long-standing presence in the industry. As a main contractor, they operate several successful divisions and are known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help grow their thriving Large Projects Division. This is a key role that offers the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and play a pivotal part in the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies
- Contribute to bid and tender processes alongside operational teams
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in business development within the construction industry
- A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
