Full Job Description
Stirling Dynamics is looking for a Quality Consultant to play a key role in supporting the business during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate must be detail orientated to support in developing a Quality Management System for our newly acquired business unit in Hamburg. The candidate must be able to work in the Bristol office at least three - five days per week and have the ability to travel to Hamburg, Germany (no more frequent than once every 4-6 weeks). The consultant will be supporting the extension of the UK quality system to work with the recently acquired EASA Part 21J organisation. The requirement is for 6 months starting in November 2023. Responsibilities This role will be split into two key areas :
- The successful candidate will be involved in improving and optimising current processes and systems.
- The second focus of this role will be on the implementation of an existing AS9100 QMS into an EASA Part 21J organisation that currently works in accordance with their DOA Handbook (i.e. there is currently no QMS other than the Handbook)
Ability to work well within a team, but also the competence to take ownership of own task / activity delivery., Significant level of experience with AS9100 and EASA Part 21J (Part 21G is also desirable) applied within small to medium sized entities. - Experience with organisations that are services and product based.
- Experience in project and process based internal audits.
