This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in the Glasgow area, committed to providing quality housing solutions.With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Management Team.
Your new role
6-8 Week Contract Initially (potential to be extended)
- Rental Income Management;
- Tenancy Management;
- Tenant and Estate Management;
- Allocation and Void Management;
- Waiting List Management
- Lease Management;
- Community Engagement;
- Neighbourhood Planning;
- Tenancy Sustainment;
- Anti-Social and Behavioural Management
- Customer Service
What you'll need to succeed
- SVQ2 or equivalent in housing or business administration.
- Significant hands-on experience in housing management within the social rented sector.
- Experience with arrears management, anti-social behaviour complaints, voids, waiting lists, and allocations.
- Community-based housing association sector experience.
- Understanding of welfare reform impacts.
- Proficient with housing databases and ICT systems, including Homemaster preferred
- Experience in a busy housing management environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and administrative skills.
