This social housing provider is a reputable Housing Association based in the Dundee region, committed to providing quality housing solutions. With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Team.
Your new role
The Neighbourhood Officer has responsibility for managing a broad range of landlord services, including all estate/neighbourhood management, tenancy enforcement activity, income management, customer engagement, lettings, void and responsive repairs management.
What you'll need to succeed
Full UK driving licence & access to a car
Housing experience
What you'll get in return
21 Per Hour
6-week contract initially - potential to be extended
