Here at Bluebird Care Edinburgh, we are looking for Care Assistants to join our team. We're not looking for experience, just a kind, caring, passionate personality. Our great in-house trainer can provide you with all the training and support you need.
All we ask is for a valid driver's licence with access to a vehicle for work. This is a community-based role, you will be visiting customers in their homes.
Duties include:
- Housekeeping
- Assistance with appointments
- Meal preparation
- Medication
- Personal care
- Complex care
Benefits
- Earn £13.25ph, increasing to £13.75 after passing your probation and successful registration with the SSSC. But the rise doesn't stop there, as your career progresses you can rise to £15.00.
- Double pay on bank holidays.
- 45p per mile mileage.
- £300 bonus on completion of your probation.
- 28 days holiday + half a day for your birthday. We reward long-standing team members with incremental holidays.
