Hillcrest is an innovative and expanding housing association. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Hillcrest’s Income Management Team.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for tenants wishing to discuss their rent, arrears and other debts, and you will provide advice on arrears and tenancy matters.

You will be responsible for managing rent arrears cases and will work as part of a team to ensure effective debt recovery with the aim of maximising Hillcrest’s income.

You Will Have

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced work place, dealing with members of the public
A background in debt recovery or welfare benefits advice
