Our supported living service in Westhill provides support to adults with learning disabilities and various additional support needs to live in their shared home.
As a Support Worker you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, cleaning, managing personal finances, assisting with medication, personal care and maintaining their tenancy.
You will also support people to make the most out of their life and be involved in their local community, supporting people with their hobbies and interests and participating in various activities such as trips to the cinema, discos and out for meals to name but a few!
Shift patterns vary within our Supported Living services, with shift lengths typically between 8 - 12 hours, working anytime between 7.30am - 10pm, including weekend working.
Hours per week: Various up to 36 hours
Based in North East Scotland, Archway has been providing services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families for over 30 years. We provide residential respite, permanent care and supported living services.
You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us.
