As a Catering and Events Assistant, you will support operational service delivery, including setup, service, clearing, and various other activities for a wide range of conferences and events. The Hospitality Collection is the commercial arm of the world-leading University of Edinburgh, which includes the conference and events team. We provide a professional operation across a broad portfolio of conferences, meetings, and events, from major international conferences to day meetings and prestigious dining events, held at venues across the University's portfolio. Additionally, the team operates a large Outside Catering and Delivered Hospitality service to university buildings and to private and corporate locations across the city.

The salary for this post is £22,995 per annum (a 15% premium band for flexible working will be added to the annual salary for this role)
