Full Job Description

Reporting to the Customs Manager and working as part of the Seletar Customs Team, the purpose of this role is primarily to provide efficient administrative support while completing site and operations requirements. You will support the demands of Seletar and ASCO clients, and to ensure transactions are processed and reported in line with regulatory requirements. Duties Include:

  • Accurately maintain Shipping records
  • Assist with monthly MSS checks
  • Ensure full Customs audit trail is maintained
  • Assist with Bill of Discharge preparation
  • Liaise with and provide support to the customs & freight teams where required
  • Present a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement, building effective relationships across the business.
  • Continuously promote a pro-active HSSEQ culture, ensuring participation and compliance.
