Calling all budding Quantity Surveyors

I'm looking for an Assistant QS for a Glasgow based fit-out contractor.

Whether you're an undergrad on day release, or a post-graduate Assistant QS, I'm keen to hear from you!

This busy contractor delivers projects across a range of sectors, including healthcare, commercial, education, and more.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
- Assisting in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Participating in the measurement and valuation of works.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Supporting the negotiation and agreement of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and financial statements.

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a graduate or working undergraduate in Quantity Surveying.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a contracting environment.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
