Position

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Clerical Officer at Ayrshire Central Hospital.

What you will do:

Duties will include inputting data and reception duties, burning of CDs and preparing incoming and outgoing mail etc. 

Sending out x-ray and scan appointments while adhering to waiting time targets.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

SVQ level II Admin required.

Excellent computer skills and customer care is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Hours:

37 per week

Some shift and weekend (Saturday, Sunday) working will also be required as part of the duties of this post.

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
