Job Description:

A major Tier 1 Building contractor who are known as a real market leader in their field, delivering new build construction projects in the public, private and regulated sectors.

Supported by the Project Directors, the successful Contracts Manager will oversee the construction of multiple £40m+ new build developments in Central Scotland.

Responsibilities:

· Act as a point of contact, managing relationships with the client and stakeholders.

· Manage the delivery of the projects to a high standard by budgeting and programming.

· Position works within the Operations team, taking control of up to 2/3 sites from handover through to contract delivery.

· Ensuring contracts run on budget guideline.

· Management of cost and programme forecasting.

· Regular meetings to be held with company Directors, reporting on site progress, deadlines, and any issues.

Requirements:

· Proven track record of delivering £40m+ build projects for another Tier 1 Building Contractor.

· Demonstrable job longevity with (an)other Tier 1 Building Contractor(s) at Contracts Manager level.

· A respectable leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
