Shifts include [Weekdays: 7am-10pm, Weekends: 7am-10pm]. Other hours are available. Domiciliary Care Assistant Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Supporting customers with all aspects of their personal care
• Assisting customers with all aspects of medication
• Assisting customers with all aspects of their meal preparation
• Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
• Supporting customers with home management
• Helping in the promotion of a customer's mental and physical activities
• To document and report all relevant customer information
• Supporting customers and their families with health and social care needs
