Credit Controller

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Credit Controller based in Elgin, Moray on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

Main duties include:

• Conducting credit control activities to ensure timely collections of outstanding debts
• Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors
• Handle customer queries regarding invoices and accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
• Prepare regular reports on credit control performance for senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

Suitable candidates should have the following:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background in customer service / telesales or administrative roles with a exposure to calling customers would be beneficial
• Experience as a credit controller or similar role (desirable)
• Understanding of credit control processes and best practices (desirable)

Candidates should be based locally to Elgin, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
