About Us At St Andrew s Hospice we provide compassionate, specialist palliative care to those with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring dignity, comfort, and support for our patients and their families. Every year, our hospice touches hundreds of lives, and every donation we receive helps us to deliver this critical care. Now, more than ever, we need a strategic leader to grow and diversify our income streams, making our work possible for years to come. The Role As the Head of Income Generation, you will: Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing fundraising and retail teams. Shape and implement an innovative income generation strategy across all channels (individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, lottery, legacy fundraising, retail, and digital).= Build strong, meaningful relationships with supporters, donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders. Develop and manage budgets, setting and achieving ambitious income targets. Lead on new initiatives, exploring creative approaches to income generation and identifying potential for long-term growth. What We re Looking For A proven track record in income generation of at least 7 figures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. Experience of developing and implementing effective strategies that drive growth. A deep commitment to our mission and values, along with an understanding of the hospice or charity sector. Why Join Us?
