Full Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and financial targets; Create a global marketing plan that balances cultural differences with a unified brand message; Oversee the development of market segmentation, customer personas, value propositions, and brand guidelines, ensuring clear communication to practitioners, customers, and partners.
  • Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a brand strategy that reinforces our purpose, differentiates us in the market, and builds trust and recognition; Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining a cohesive identity; Lead and mentor the Creative team to produce innovative, impactful marketing content.
  • Market Insight and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to shape the marketing strategy; Work with the Research team to ensure data-driven, customer-focused marketing plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Strategy and Change team to align marketing with organisational goals, and with Product and Innovation to ensure marketing reflects the product roadmap; Work closely with Sales to align marketing with channel strategy, and partner with the Head of Demand Generation to integrate strategic marketing with demand generation efforts.
  • Budget and KPI Management: Manage strategic marketing and branding budgets, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes; Define and track KPIs for all marketing strategies, reporting performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Agency Relations: Establish and manage relationships with external agencies.
