Full Job Description

As our HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and helping to make the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels a fantastic place to work. You'll assist with administrative tasks, provide timely support to teams, and contribute to various people-related projects and initiatives. Reporting to our People Advisor, you will be an integral part of our People Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting training administration.
  • Assisting with internal communications.
  • Compiling reports and producing presentations.
  • Providing all round support for general people-related tasks.
  • You'll also act as the first point of contact for many managers and become familiar with our processes and systems to provide accurate, knowledgeable assistance. This role will be based in our People Team office at Crieff Hydro, but will provide support for the whole Family of Hotels. We're looking for someone to join our team on a flexible, 32 hour contract and we're open to discuss and establish the hours which best suit you. What we need from you We're seeking someone who understands the employee lifecycle and appreciates how good processes enhance the employee experience.

  • Organised: Able to manage a variety of tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Digitally Confident: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes and ideally familiar with a learning management system or HR/Payroll platforms.
  • Adaptable and Open Minded: Ready to support a dynamic team with a positive attitude.
  • Your keen eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will help you succeed in this vital role.
