Lead Product Manager SSR

Lead SSR's Products and Services Team in defining and executing the long-term product and services strategy. Define technology roadmaps and system development. Functions

• Oversee Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
• Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals for team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Team Meetings: Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address any challenges, and plan future activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Help Define and Manage SSR R@D Budget
• Provide insight and recommendations into innovative SSR solutions and technology.
• Create and define SSR Technology Roadmap on an annual basis.
• Conduct competitive SSR intelligence.
• Conduct product life cycle assessments on SSR product Offerings.
• Assess opportunities for strategic partnerships.

  Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education and experience
• Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.
DESIRED
• Regional intercultural communications and business relationships (in assigned region)
• Technology Background.
• Exposure to country legal structures, and international contracts.
• Exposure to Subsea Operations.
• Experience with customer-facing marketing, communications, and negotiations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and PeopleSoft ERP System.
• Experience evidencing a strong Business Acumen.
• Relevant Offshore / oilfield operational experience required.
