Full Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule all project activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk registers, and change requests
  • Provide support in the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements

    Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Planner or Project Coordinator in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry standards in the oil and gas sector
  • Willingness to work on-site in Aberdeen, Scotland for the duration of the project
