Offshore Field Supervisor

Due to continued growth, EnerMech are looking for multiple Field Supervisors to join our Process services team in early 2025, as part of our flying squad. This is an offshore staff role that includes a retainer salary plus offshore day rate and allowances. The role of the Field Supervisor will provide leadership in the pre-mobilisation function testing of equipment for execution of Process related services e.g. Nitrogen Pumping, Leak Testing, Bolting etc. You will be responsible for the safe and productive execution of the work scopes and actively participate with QHSE to ensure this. You will ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed. These roles will suit candidates who have had some exposure to working in topside shutdown maintenance work scopes offshore in the field of Nitrogen associated process services who are looking for a career offshore with consistent work.

To be successful for this role you will have relevant offshore industry experience and be competent with Process equipment. You will have previous exposure in the field of Nitrogen associated process services, leak detection or bolting. Ideally you will have some supervisor experience. You will have a safety first approach and hold good basic IT skills.
