Operations Manager - Pipelines & Subsea

EnerMech have an exciting opportunity to appoint an Operations Manager for our Pipelines & Subsea business line. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for successful delivery of the Pipelines & Subsea business for the region with regard to safety, quality, finances and customer satisfaction. You will lead the team on technical, resourcing, contractual and commercial compliance. Other areas of focus will include customer satisfaction and business development. Financially you will look to ensure profitability as well as accurate budgeting, reporting, forecasting and timely invoicing. Personnel management, development and allocation will be key. Project locations may include the UK, Europe, Middle East, Caspian and Africa. Site/offshore trips and client visits may be required.

Ideally you are experienced in Pipelines & Subsea precommissioning operations (pigging, hydrotesting, umbilicals and dewatering etc), with management experience. You may be degree qualified but this is not essential. You should have a track record of growing and developing cohesive teams and experience in complex delivery solutions.
