Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent and high-quality scampi production.
Follow standardised recipes and production schedules to meet daily output targets.
Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
