Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Perth (Hybrid: 50% office, 50% home-based)

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and merge documents efficiently
• Handle tight deadlines with precision
• Collate information for submissions to Ofgem
• Set up meetings for management
• Occasionally travel to attend meetings
• Manage and update project trackers
• Flag issues to project managers
• Utilise Viewpoint and SharePoint for document management
• Prepare and compile key project documents
• Ensure smooth scheduling of project teams' movements, calendars, and meetings
• Liaise with key stakeholders and attend meetings as required
• Manage engagement paperwork, including invoices, Purchase Orders, requisitions, and external resource engagement requests

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in Viewpoint or SharePoint

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
