Full Job Description

Providing clear and concise advice to clients on radiation compliance issues. - Preparing and reviewing radiation risk assessments and procedures. - Carrying out audits - onshore and offshore - and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. - Teaching radiation protection courses. - Mentoring trainee RPA's to help ensure they gain their RPA2000 certification.

You will hold a valid RPA certificate issued by RPA2000 - Have experience providing radiation protection advice to at least one of the sectors served by ARPS - Excellent verbal, written communications, and IT Skills - The ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Able to plan your day and have excellent time management skills - Radioactive Waste Adviser (RWA) Certificate or working towards it would be an advantage. - DGSA certification or knowledge of Class 7 transport regulations would also be desirable.
