Full Job Description

Contract Scotland is currently working with one of our clients as they look to appoint a Site Administrator for their Student Accommodation development in Edinburgh - Monday to Friday, site based.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as a Site Administrator or in Document Control.

Our client could offer:

- Full-time or Part-time hours 
- Permanent or Temporary working

Duties Include:

  • Efficiently manage project data, drawings and correspondence
  • Document Controller for project drawings (where applicable and advised).
  • Maintain and administer project data on all business systems including Asite, Conject, etc.
  • Provision of administrative support to site staff including all typing, filing, archiving, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Receiving telephone calls/email enquiries and responding accordingly
  • The first point of contact for visitors to the site cabins - greet visitors at reception.
  • Assist in resolving any basic IT issues within the site and escalate to the Group IT department where necessary.
  • Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented, completed and/or returned by the due date.
  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company policies are followed in line with the Management System.
