Full Job Description

Do you want to deliver truly unique projects that stand out in the Scottish market? Do you have experience of new build developments as well as refurbishment or commercial construction projects? This could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Our client is seeking to strengthen their operational team with sites due to commence across Central Scotland. Delivering a range of construction and housing projects this company presents a unique opportunity in the Scottish market for the right candidate with a wide range of projects and development opportunities. Each project is bespoke with a focus on quality as well as delivery.

If you are an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager our client would like to hear from you.

Essential qualifications;

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Trade background or academically qualified

Desirable qualifications

  • Scaffold inspection
  • Appointed person
  • Fire Marshall
  • Face-fit testing
  • Temporary Works Supervisor
