Full Job Description

With a placement suited to your area of interest, over 12 weeks you can dive right into some of our business challenges, collaborate on projects and learn from industry experts. As a Summer Intern - Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
  • Preparing and sending out of Sub-contract enquires.
  • Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
  • Attending, contributing to and taking minutes of meetings as required.
  • Preparing Valuations with Client's, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued.
  • Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings., Our principles are our roadmap to achieving positive outcomes and delivering on our purpose.
