Full Job Description
The Role:
Are client is a private developer, specialising in producing high-end flatted an detached homes across central Scotland. They are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new build housing and flatted developments.
Responsibilities include overseeing technical aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations, coordinating with design teams, and managing technical documentation. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in new build housing and flatted developments
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in technical documentation and design coordination
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
