We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the team on a fixed term contract for twelve months to assist with onboarding and delivering MVL/LER engagements.,

Complete pre-liquidation client and engagement acceptance procedures.

Assist with pre-liquidation due diligence and preparatory steps.

Correspond with clients.

Produce legal documentation to commence liquidations and appoint liquidators.

Complete statutory filing, advertising and notification requirements

Assist with day-to-day matters, including realising assets, dealing with creditors' claims, processing payments, calculating distributions and drafting reports.

Monitor liquidation progression and case compliance matters.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

1-3 years of experience in insolvency, consulting, or similar environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
