Full Job Description
Clarkson Owens Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Glasgow City Centre based consultancy looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include;
- Record financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts.
- Process invoices, manage payments, and monitor debtor/creditor balances.
- Prepare payroll data.
- Assist with budgets and forecasts.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain data confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate;
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills.
- Communicates effectively at all levels.
- Enjoys working as part of team as well as independently.
