Rutherford Cross is delighted to be exclusively partnered with our high growth client to appoint Interim Financial Accountant for a 3-4-month contract. We are looking to engage with fully qualified accountants. This role is City Centre based and offers a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.

We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to join our Financial Accounting team and provide immediate support across key statutory and regulatory areas. You will ensure compliance with IFRS standards and AIM regulations while supporting critical financial reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting year-end, half-year, and subsidiary financial statement preparation
• Acting as a main point of contact for external auditors
• Assisting with Group tax computations and filings
• Managing Companies House submissions and regulatory requirements
• Supporting technical accounting updates and developments
• Assisting with monthly consolidations and integrating acquisitions into Group reporting
• Providing support for insurance queries and renewals
• Contributing to the ongoing corporate simplification project

This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, detail-focused accountant with experience in group reporting and statutory compliance. Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
