iMultiply are engaged with a growing business based in the West End of Glasgow, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in finance or accounting, looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
Raise and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and promptness
Post bank transactions and perform reconciliations
Assist with month-end processes, including preparing financial reports
Support in preparing VAT returns and other regulatory filings
Assist with general bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
Collaborate with various departments to resolve financial queries
Provide support during internal audits
Help improve financial processes and systems

In order to succeed in this role, you will be:

A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
