As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, learn from experienced professionals, and become a crucial member of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with the Accounts team by preparing and managing invoices using Sage accounting software.
Responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing essential information and support to clients and colleagues.
Becoming an expert using our system ‘Uptick’. This involves coordinating with engineers and clients to schedule appointments, keeping detailed records of each call, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Assisting with day-to-day office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Providing general support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Assisting in maintaining and updating internal databases using Excel and Uptick by entering accurate information related to clients, projects, and suppliers.
Monitor and maintain office equipment Coordinating, with IT or external vendors for any repairs or maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to office activities.

Salary:
£14,000 - £16,000 per annum.

Working week:

40hrs per annum.
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and on Friday's, it will be from 8am – 2pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
