We provide high-quality, genetically optimized eggs to fish farmers to improve fish health, growth rates, and overall productivity in aquaculture.

Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.

Program: Digital Applications Support SCQF Level 6

Location: Beta Centre Unit 8-9, Stirling University Innovation Park, Stirling, Stirlingshire, FK9 4NF

Duties:

Serve as the first point of contact for the wider team regarding purchasing resources.
Become a system expert using Xero to develop financial reports in collaboration with the Account Service provide and management team.
Prepare and issue invoices using Xero for goods and services.
Utilising MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to an expert level.
Assist in budget preparation and participate in monthly financial update meetings.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
Arrange timely payment of due invoices.
Identify and flag areas of concern related to accounting and cash flow.
Ensure company records remain up to date (e.g., Companies House, DVLA, etc.).
Maintain open communication with the Financial Controller in NOR.

£14,976 per annum.
