Full Job Description
· Collate data entry for all expenses, time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new starts, termination, sick leave etc.
The second element of the role would be data entry and recording of accounts information, covering:
· Bank posting of payments and receipts.
· Sale & Purchase invoice posting
· Bank reconciliation
· Production of reports for both suppliers and customers
· Experience of processing payroll and accounts within "Sage" would be advantageous, although requisite training would be provided for candidates without such experience.
· The ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Strong MS Excel skills
· Effective communication skills and people skills.
· Fantastic attention to detail and accuracy
