Full Job Description
Blue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for a number of PA & Exec Assistants! Blue Arrow Edinburgh recruit for a large number of offices and business' in the Edinburgh & Lothians, and we want to speak to you if you have experience in the below:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects.
Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal team members to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Support event planning and coordination for company meetings and functions.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Working Hours:
Flexible hours based on the needs of the client
Availability for ad-hoc tasks and ongoing support.
