Your new company
Hays is delighted to be working with a leading luxury organisation based in Perthshire. They are seeking an experienced receptionist to join the team, working flexible shifts and supporting the smooth running of the business.
Your new role
Your duties in this role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to our policies and procedures
- Processing payments
- Ensuring a smooth and easy stay for all guests
- Providing accurate feedback from guests to management
- Using up-selling techniques to promote services and facilities
- Various ad-hoc responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Motivation to ensure the best service possible is provided to all customers
