Full Job Description
The role involves:
+ Providing 1st line support to the office and customers.
+ Confirming solar orders with clients via telephone and following up as needed.
+ Becoming an expert in Zoho (CRM system) for logging client information and jobs.
+ Collaborating with the sales team to create quotations on our app and CRM.
+ Regularly reporting data and sales to the Office Manager using MS Excel.
+ Assisting with handover documents and customer certifications.
+ Liaising with FCA and certification bodies such as IAA, EPVS, and HIES.
+ Strong organisational skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Experience in data management and input.
+ Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
+ Ability to work well under pressure.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Personal qualities:
+ Upbeat and positive attitude.
+ Strong work ethic and dedication to learning.
+ Willingness to take initiative.
Desired qualifications:
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems is beneficial, but not essential.
