Full Job Description
Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in East Kilbride.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team, providing essential administrative support across day-to-day operations. Initially offered as a contract position, this role has the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately.
- Managing emails and correspondence efficiently.
- Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records.
- Inputting and updating data on internal systems.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- A flexible and team-focused approach.
Offering:
- Salary DOE
- Contract role with potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm.
- 28 days holiday per annum (pro rata, including public holidays).
- Onsite parking available.
