Full Job Description
Search are working in partnership with an organisation dedicated to enhancing quality control safety and competency standards. We are seeking a meticulous and compliance-driven Compliance and Quality Administrator to join a growing team in Montrose.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values precision and collaboration, offering hybrid working flexibility and an early finish on Fridays to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
* Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001 standards, ensuring alignment with quality management system requirements
* Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring consistency and integrity
* Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and quality manuals
* Monitor compliance with regulations and standards, providing guidance and training as required
* Identify areas for continuous improvement within compliance and quality processes
What We're Looking For:
* Keen eye for detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness
* Compliance-driven mindset with a passion for maintaining high standards
* Proven experience in document control and quality management processes
* Working knowledge of ISO9001 standards (preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
