Your new company
In your new role as a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will perform a key function in a programme of work being undertaken on housing in the Moray area. This is a fast-paced programme of work, where you will provide administration support to the team. This role offers an immediate start and will have a duration of around 6 months.
Your new role
In this role, you will work closely with the project manager and wider team to be the first point of call for any queries, complaints and feedback from tenants. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating key milestones in the project to affected households, such as start dates, access required and any potential disruption. Day-to-day, you will draft letters and email correspondence to tenants, contact tenants via phone and visit properties in the Moray area. You will update spreadsheets and collate information and feedback. In addition, you will provide general administration for the project.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires you to have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and contribute to the project having a positive impact on the local area. You will have strong administration skills, the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel. This role will require you to have a full UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle as you will be required to travel to properties in the area (paid mileage).
