Full Job Description
About Us:
React is a full-service construction and property maintenance insurance contractor serving customers throughout the central belt of Scotland.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Support Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a Digital Applications Support Apprenticeship.
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry on Microsoft Excel.
- Filing insurance documentation on Core Logic.
- Managing a centralised email inbox on Microsoft Outlook.
- Updating job tracking systems and client portals on Xactamate.
- Being a first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and escalating issues appropriately.
- Making outbound calls to customers when required.
- Ensuring clients are informed about key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements. (SLA's)
Desired skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Willingness to learn

Salary:
£18,533 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
