Full Job Description
Location: Windfarm near Wick
Contract Type: PAYE Contract (up to 3 months, potential for 6 months)
Start Date: Ideally Friday, January 31st (Monday, February 3rd at the latest)
Salary: £28,000 per year + £1,000 car allowance
Hours: 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our client's team at the construction of a windfarm. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day site operations. The position is initially for up to 3 months, with the potential for extension to 6 months based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the site team and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and health & safety inspections
- Handle communication and liaise between site teams and office staff
- Assist in managing stock, supplies, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in construction, energy, or similar industries
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle (due to site location)
